Lafayette Office Building was designed to embody their collaborative corporate culture and company vlaues of sustainability and innovation. Plans for the building include a combination of 5,500 SF office area and 2,500 SF warehouse storage for an e-commerce business, a large central lounge and open office work space, a shower room, bike storage, a patio and balcony for taking in the mountain views, and an EV charging station. Designed to achieve LEED Gold certification.
