Cornerstone Orthopedics, moved to a tenant space in the St. Anthony North Medical Pavillion in Westminster, CO. The scope of work encompassed a 12,500 sf tenant finish out of a new MOB space; including coordination between owner, tenant, vendors and engineering team. Custom-designed reception desks greet the patients in the waiting rooms. 20 exam rooms, procedure spaces, and two X-ray rooms line the perimeter of the space with views to the exterior. An open Physical Therapy gym is the focus of the space with floor to ceiling windows and natural light.
