Project completed by Path21 principal Bill Turner while at SA+R Architects. Skye 2905 is a four hundred unit residential for rent urban infill project. Situated in a hip urban renewal area on the fringe of the downtown core, the site offered a unique design solution in the form of a dense “C” shape with a shared courtyard amenity space for tenants. The structured parking is all but hidden within the complex. The project was a catalyst for continued growth of mixed-use high density projects in the area. This project was a partnership between two architectural firms.
