Superfruit Republic - Skyhouse marks the second collaboration with Path21 to design the interior finish out of the fast casual dining restaurant which primarily serves frozen Acai bowls.  The program includes a back-of-house kitchen prep area, a custom service counter with casework, and patron seating areas. Mirroring the form of the service area, a large wooden soffit angles up toward the building entrance to draw customers in while providing a comfortable scale to the otherwise lofty space.  By combining key materials and colors into simple forms, the design reflects a minimalist design direction.  The selective color and material palates coincide with the restaurant’s branding philosophy, making the architecture of the space recognizable as unique to Superfruit Republic.
